Airstream in the Toilet

Details, For months I have tried to get Airstream to fix warranty items on the ’09 Flying Cloud. The first time this thetford toilet flush valve broke I purchased a replacement. It leaked as well. I took the FC to CA for repairs. The first night after I got it back the floor was flooded yet again. They said they had fixed this problem. I got in contact with Airstream and they said “I can’t believe that you left the repair center with 2 items still not working”. I had no way to hook the FC up to utilities to see if the problem had been fixed. Why would I need to do this anyway since they said they had fixed the problems? I shot back to Airstream. He said he would forward my email to the repair shop I had just left. If they didn’t get it right the first time what are the chances they will get it right now? Granted I didn’t get it fixed either but I am not a plumber. Weeks have passed and I have yet to hear back from either Airstream or the repair shop. I will start to document my misadventures using YouTube from here on out. Instead of being silent about the issues concerning Airstream I will suggest you do the same so we can be heard. How many of you reading this are shaking your head thinking about how many times you have been here in my shoes concerning Airstream. How many of you are afraid to move your camper because you know something will break? Sure, all RV’s have problems but it is the way Airstream chooses to not address the customers properly is the real problem
