Introduction to the Mail Box Store Business – Theresa Whitley, General Manager, The Mail Box Stores

Hi, my name is Theresa Whitley – General Manager of The Mailbox Stores. We are North America’s largest developer of independently owned mail & parcel stores. Having owned and operated my own mailbox store for 4 years, I am extremely knowledgeable in regards to what it takes to properly run a successful mailbox store. I know the most efficient way to operate a Store including all the proven policies and procedures that should be in place. I have first hand knowledge of what it takes to run a store on a day to day basis. In fact, I served as president of the Las Vegas chapter of Neighborhood Parcel Centers, a trade organization that is part of the Associated Mail & Parcel Centers. I have also developed great marketing and advertising strategies which allows stores to maximize sales. These are but a few examples of the skill set I possess and which is built in to our comprehensive program here at The Mailbox Stores. As you work with other experts within our organization including those in finance, real estate, training and store opening I want you to know that I will be there with you from the beginning of your journey all the way to the day you get the keys to open your store.
