Call Routing & Management:
When it is not always possible for you to answer calls yourself, MiVO provide telephone call routing or management services which literally manage the call from start to finish.
Call routing involves taking a call and diverting it to another number or series of numbers, in the event of the call not reaching its final destination, the call is routed to voicemail which in turn is sent to you via email.
With call management, a whole series or customised options are available. Callers could be greeted with your company name, or given options like 1 for sales 2 for accounts and so on. The management system could then try your selected phones, and if unanswered put callers into a queue (with music or your own pre-recorded adverts) and give options to leave a voice mail message if you are still unable to receive the call.

Professional Call Answering:

All lines come with a personalised voice mail box which means that any calls that come through to your line out of hours will be diverted straight to you voice mail and emailed on.

Mivo provide marketing campaigns to phones. Campaigns can either be SMS or audio driven.
