The congress wants the US Post Office to fail so they can reap the benefits
of the UPS and FED Ex lobbyist money. The Post Office can’t toss Million
into the GOP coffers. The Congress needs to allow the USPS to set its own
rates. If you think it will be bad to pay 75 cents or a dollar to mail a
birthday card via USPS wait till you pay UPS $5.00 for the same thing.
