    That isn’t a LCTS (Low Cost Tray Sorter). The first part is an Auto Tray
    Strapper (its putting a strap around the tray to hold the sleeve on), and
    the second is an AAA (Automated Airline Assignment) – it reads a barcode
    label on the end of the tray, which has a ZIP code destination on it, and
    then it prints and applies a larger label on top which is used to assign
    and track the tray to a particular airline route.
