Is there a way to keep my home number unlisted? Are NetTalk phone numbers
listed at all? If so, how can one keep their home number private? How can I
handle more than one number? (It’s an option in the advanced menu & I’m
curious) It would be nice to have say one number for every day things &
another for close family & friends with a different ring tone for each
line. ALSO, Does the line have a steady double-beeping dial-tone so my
phone will let me see with lights when I have a phone message?

How do we make conference calls? 2-way calls? Can we have more than 1 phone
number on the same device? If so, how do we know which number is being
called? How do we make calls from say our cell phone? Does NetTALK have a
cell service or an app that we can use on a cell phone? If so, is there a
compatible list of phones? operating systems? Is there a way to improve
signal with the NetTALKDuo Device? Can we plug our NetDuo into a phone jack
in our home to propagate the signal throughout the house?

I love my Nettalk Duo, I works great except I do not know when I have a
voicemail message. I have to always check my voicemail. Am I missing
something or is there a way to notify me that I have a new message.

Can someone post a URL to a site that has a user’s guide for functions? My
device came with a couple of piece of paper, which is fine, but just sends
me to the netTALK site, yet I’m not sure where to find the * menu & “How
To” guide! I’ new, loving it, able to even call 1 800 #, yet not another,
so just used the regular, non-800 number. Interesting we even have them any
more, as most people have nation-wide anyhow, which in many or most cases
includes Canada, then low rates for other countries.

Just got my nettalk duo, I love it so far!!! I just wish that there was a
way for me to upload a professional greeting for my voicemail (I’m using
the line for business)

when are you going to improve your tech support hold time? it is
ridiculously high, an hour and 30 min average. Didn’t you learn anything
from your competitor ?

OK, so *98 from my phone plugged into my Net Duo… What about picking up
messages remotely? Is there a chart for * menus, say for picking up
messages, call forwarding, 3-wat calling & so on? On the voice mail, it
asks if you want to record a greeting for another box number & I got into
an advanced menu & it kept repeating box numbr or something like that… A
quick sheet one could print out to keep by the phone would be great! Along
with how to add a 3rd or more callers into a conversation.

Will voicemail forward a copy or send a copy of a message to my registered
email? Thank you.
