Where’s your proof that he’s wrong?
But yeah even if it’s true I seriously doubt Mitt actually had anything to do with it.

Well Since Kmart owns Sears can you also blame them. And Craftsmen is sold in other stores.Ace, obviously Kmart and some auto parts stores.

50K Patent ? A patent should be as simple as a notary at the court house and should not cost no more than that. They have simply made it where corporations and court service people cash in when ever they want. Someone please explain how I am wrong?

Sears can only survive by loyal customers, and not standing behind its products that customers pay a lot for is a big mistake. The CEO was directly contacted on this situation with my machine, Kenmore was contacted too. They did NOTHING to make it right. If they think the machine is so good then why not take it back and give me another brand that works? Because it would cost them money. Well its going to cost them a lot more by me not coming back and others too. SEARS SUCKS.

I bought a Kenmore HE washer from SEARS, it lasted a year !! Sears and Kenmore would not replace it or fix it. They just tried to sell me another machine??? I had to laugh, but i was not laughing when i spent so much for my machine and it lasted one year and would not even clean my clothes. Sears does NOT stand behind its customers or products at all. They just won’t admit this machine is shit and make it right. So i will continue to write about it.

You may say whatever you want, but it won’t stop you from being wrong. Craftsman is owned, operated, and exclusively sold by sears, just like Kenmore. To blame Craftsman is to blame Sears.
I honestly thought that would go without saying, but there it is.

Um… May I say that it isn’t Sears fault? Craftsman is one of Sears’ vendors. Sears didn’t go and tell Craftsman to go and copyright the tool. Sears is just selling the product. Blame Craftsman.

According to experts Sears is on their way to be out of business one of the reasons they are in business is because American made craftsman tools but now that they moved production to China only will speed the process….

I’ve worked for SEARS in the past, let me tell you from seeing how things are run @ the ground floor level, it’s the biggest clown factory you can ever be apart of. I’m still SHOCKED every time I hear they are still in business. Not that places like TARGET are any better mind you…

Ha! They did the same thing to my friends Uncle who invented the touch lamp. Sold them for a year and them started their own line of lamps that was in the 90′s how many others has Sears burned sense then.
