Watch how Nelson (new general manager) loses control of the situation. .So, here’s the follow up phone call, I received from the District Manager Miguel….. “the employee’s are intimidated by you” Me “really?, which one’s?, Im glad you told me this after 8yrs, 7 out of 10 of your employee’s know my pin number to my credit card, I party with some of em’, i was about to rent my other house to one of too” Miguel ” I cant control what the employee’s do outside of work” …. Me “huh?” Miguel “maybe you shouldnt come back to the store anymore” Me “please put that in writing & send it to me” Miguel “no, you can go pick up a trespassing violation from the store manager” Me “your kidding right?, here’s my address & mail it to me, I can assure you I can find somewhere else to spend 00.00 a month else where Miguel, I will be expecting your letter in the mail & forwarding it to my attorney, have a great day & thank you for calling” ….. Imagine that ? Suddenly, I intimidate the employee’s, never been asked to leave tho….. (they do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone) Now that I can prove how they treat customer’s, the District Manager has this to say ???? SMDH ……
