Members of the lovelorn public are invited to bring in old love letters, emails, photographs, teddy bears, wedding albums, clothing, and other sentimental items that hold memories of an ex-love. At the event, there will be therapeutic devices such as paper shredders, large scissors to de-stuff the teddy bears, and other ways to help give closure to a love lost…and give participants a fresh start for Valentine’s Day. Those who bring an item to shred will have the chance to register-to-win great prizes, including gift certificates to MGM stores and restaurants, and a free night stay at the Sheraton Minneapolis Midtown Hotel.
