100% occupancy for the first three years is an outstanding success story. 60 tenants (well 59, see below,but you’ll often find one with their own agenda) enjoying the business community environment – it’s a great place to be!

Its a shame that the eco features do not work, ground source heating/cooling, rainwater recycling etc which after 3 years dont work properly plus the huge turbine provides enough energy for Reception only. Just a symbol of no real benefit. For businesses this centre is expensive with rents way higher than commercial rents in the area and which they had the cheek to increase year on year. Whilst the centre includes some services in their rent, unfortunately these are poorly managed. Landsca
