Yeah, you’re right, it is a simple problem. That’s what makes me angry. Razer is unable to let me install this software and register. And just because it is so simple makes Razer look so dumb. And: I didn’t say you are a fanboy because you used the software/did not complain, but you defended a company, without giving any real arguments. You are just offending me. Typical fanboy defending the products he likes.

I will never buy a Razer product ever again. I was happy with the old DeathAdder driver, but now I have reinstalled Windows and have to use this piece of crap. I can’t even register. It just says at the verification: “VERIFICATION INFORMATION DOES NOT MATCH”. Fuck you Razer.

hey peter, can you tell me what the latest driver version is for the DA 3.5G? I purchased a while back, and now suddenly I’m forced to log-in to the internet, just to use/configure my mouse. It’s an absolute JOKE…this is a mouse, not a Facebook account, what are Razer think? And they made sure there’s no offline option and took down the offline drivers.

Fortunately I have an older mouse (DeathAdder), and just a little Googling will find you the original offline drivers. But I won’t be buying another Razer mouse as long as Synapse is mandatory.

look for explorer.exe using windows task manager and the “Processes” tab. Right click on explorer.exe and click on “Open file location”

I have been having this problem. So it wasn’t my USB ports. Maybe it has something to do with the program supporting the new naga more then the old one that we have.

I tried linking dota 2 to one profile, and explorer.exe to another one. It worked for a couple of times then it was stuck again.

at the moment I have a profile bound windows explorer so anytime that you switch out of a game it will usually switch profiles back to a default one.

So i wonder, i made a profile for Dota 2 and linked to it. Switched back to normal mouse.
Now it changes profile to Dota when i start the game, which is great.
BUT when i tab to windows, its still Dota profile.
Is there a way to make it link and switch profile to only when fullscreen or something?

Honestly it is. I have had so many problems with this program. I only showed it like this in the video because it was beta. Now the program is fully released and I’m still having problems with it.

5 year old logitech software still beats this poor synapse program. too bad logitech doesnt have kickass mouses like razer…
