Synthesized Martin Luther King Speech

If this were any more inspirational Gandhi would rise from the dead, start an email account, forward it to Abraham Lincoln, then die again from pride. I DID NOT MAKE THIS!!! I got this off CollegeHumor and tried searching it on youtube and didn’t see it so I figured I’d go ahead and post it. www.collegehumor.com DOWNLOAD THE MP3 HERE!! Just type the letters in the upper right security box and you’re good to go. www.megaupload.com LYRICS: I have the pleasure to present to you, Dr Martin Luther King, Jr Now is the time To make real the promises of democracy Now is the time To rise from the dark and desolate valley Of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice Now is the time To lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice To the solid rock of brotherhood Now. Now, now, now is the time Now is the time I have a dream Every valley shall be exalted I have a dream Every hill and mountain shall be made low I have a dream today My children will not be judged By the color of their skin This is our hope I have a dream The rough places will be made plain I have a dream The crooked places will be made straight There is something that I must say We cannot turn back I have a dream today If America is to be a great nation This must become true So let freedom ring From the prodigious hilltops of New Hampshire Let freedom ring From the mighty mountains of New York Let freedom ring From the heightening Alleghenies of Pennsylvania Let freedom ring From the snow-capped

This video was made by the Gregory Brothers, their YouTube channel is Schmoyoho. Please credit them and not collegehumor, as they had nothing to do with the creation of this video.

I got to say this is a message that needs to be heard all over the world “Let Freedom Ring” “Free at Last, free at last thank God almighty we are free at last” I want to see the heaven where this Great Man is at. There is nothing greater than dying for what you believe in. May God keep you shining for infinity.

bahaha. let me rephrase that so there would be no need of bells or whistles. if he was still alive, today, 2009, he could of been the first African American president.

I was surprised too – I think you could call it better than respectful, since it has the potential to prompt those who’ve heard OF his speech but never actually or read a transcript of his speech to take a closer look.

I’m so glad that this video is respectful of MLK. I was expecting it to be offensive, but it was actually really good.
