To expedite the backup process you can click on send and receive on your mobile device. Next if you want to delete the contacts on your mobile device, this process is simple and easy all you have to do is click on delete contacts on my device. For security you will be prompted to re-type your password, then click delete my contacts. To add contacts to your device just type the contact info on the add contact box on the left side and then click add contact. Lastly restoring contacts to your device, normally you will need this when you change or get a new mobile device, in the event that you need to restore your contacts to your existing mobile device due to an update or loss to some of your contacts, make sure to delete all contacts first on the device to avoid any duplicates.
