This is perhaps the first time – in modern Pennsylvania history – that a notarization has been performed on PA State Game Lands and filmed as well. This event took place on 8/25/07 at 5:55 PM EDT in the parking area of PA State Game Lands #111 in Somerset County. This is approximately north of the borough of Ursina in an area known as Draketown. Basically just north of Confluence, PA.
