Federal investigators have stepped in to stop a Georgia child support collection agency from doing business, but this has left many parents confused about what they are now supposed to do. Parents are confused because they have contracts and what they believe to be are court orders to pay Child Support Services. Chances are that the paper is actually worthless. Laconya Stephens was caught up in a worthless contract with Child Support Services that cost him a lot of money until, he said, a judge ordered him to ignore it. Child Support Services is a private company that is supposed to administer child support payments. A court document said the company often kept the money for “personal use” instead of sending it to parents. Stephens got a break; a judge put an end to his relationship with the company he thought was managing his child support payments. James Leverette wasn’t as lucky. When Leverette talked to the I-Team in 2008, he said Child Support Services started taking money out of his paycheck and said they’d arrest him if he didn’t cooperate. “Basically, they were, like, they can suspend my license, garnish, basically the main thing they told me garnish my wages,” he said. What wasn’t clear to parents before is now written in black and white. Court paperwork documenting the federal government’s investigation into Child Support Services said the company can’t garnish your paycheck unless it has a court order to do so. So I work in Mental Health and this Child Molester, Jeffery Lossing, told me go to Dennis Cardoza (California Congressman) that guy helped me get my Social Security! They talked to child support and said it was suspended cause you have an arrears, we can’t help you. I thought why? Cause I love my son with my heart and not my penis?

So the other day I got pulled over for a tail light being out. The next thing I know my car is impounded and I’m in jail for driving on a suspended license. They said child support suspended it for not paying. I missed work the next day, looked bad that I was in jail.
Oh yeah, almost forgot… I get paid bi-monthly and child support garnishes my wages every check. I have an arrears for the years I was unemployed and homeless. My son has lived with me the passed 5 years. He’s 9.

I’ve never received a letter from the Childsupport system ….Unless it was that coupon with the amount that is own……….and more MONEY.
I’m paying more Money Now. Before was $430.00 a month for one child. which I only HAD one child and she’s 19 and a parent.
The beef was, that they would never get ………….. TO SEE ………….That money??

The entire child support system is a scam. This video is testament to the fact that the CSS offices around the U.S. will do ANYTHING to profit off your back. It’s bad enough that they demand money that so many millions can’t realistically pay every month, then charge an insane amount of interest. Stand up and fight for your civil rights!
