Building Thumbtack Canyon: Installing Track and Feeders on the Outer Main – VLog 20140125

This is a series of videos covering the construction of my HO Scale layout. This is going to be a canyon with a grade, eventually having a coal mine area. Enjoy and Thanks for Watching!

    those kinks got me when i first laid track. But i personally do not solder
    track to the switches – so i can reuse/fix them later if needed. I also do
    not glue the switches down. so keeping the kinks out can be a challenge.

    Ever think about buying a little LED video light? They’re not overly
    expensive, and they will eliminate the redness and darkness of your videos,
    especially when you zoom in. It will make your videos a lot easier to
    see. Just a suggestion.

    When using flex track how often to you using feeder wire… How far apart?

    video. I’m really at a loss on how to do an incline correctly or
