Actually, this only worked up until the mid-90′s. Now they’ve changed the
rules. According to Post Office Domestic Mail Manual code 8.4.6, “BRM may
not be used for any purpose other than that intended by the permit holder,
even when postage is affixed. In cases where a BRM card or letter is used
improperly as a label, the USPS treats the item as waste.”

I think you could get in big trouble if the cement leaks out… you
shouldnt be sending any kind of powder or stuff like that in the mail. dont
want the mail throw it out

No waste of time. I go to the Post Office 3 times a week to send business
orders so I include the self addressed, postage paid junk mail stuffed with
my junk mail. C what I mean? Thank you – M. Thomas

Wow. What a total waste of time. I love junk mail… it goes right into my
paper shredder and then from there into my worm bins. Voila! Junk mail =
free worm castings.
