I’m confused! If you took out a loan and signed the note, why would you
stop paying that loan. If you were in fact a legit, reasonable person, you
would continue to pay the loan you knew you were getting. Continue your
case but don’t just think you can get your house for free. It would have
probably helped your case and received something in your favor. The
situation just makes the homeowners look bad. Unfortunately now, they are
going to be left with no home. Maybe I’m missing something but if there
were no changes in the terms of the loan then I agree with the lawyer. YOU
TOOK OUT A LOAN, PAY IT.

Thank you for trying. We tried to challenge these fraudulent documents in
court. I think most of the video is still on my channel. The judge sat and
listened for over 2 hours, we did the best we could “Pro Se” as no attorney
would take us seriously back then. The judge said he would mail out his
ruling within 30 days, then sent us a document he had obviously written
before we entered the courtroom.
We let the house go and got on with life. It is a blessing to be out of a
contract with Satan’s minions.
