i was the ONE BEING that has got this to well known on the internet today.
I started doing 2 cent mailing since 2007. I perfected 2 cent mailing to 100% success.

It seems when you mail it that way you get the mail a 1000x faster. A friend mailed me a letter with a 5 cent stamp on it, I got it the next day. That was awesome.
