parcel2go broadcasters should not make public statemnts or give out commentary on companies without having to verify the CLAIMS-TO-GOOD-SERVICE-PROVISION without inviting the comments of the other companies that are being accused of being LESS EFFICIENT than DHL. The statement made in this videoclip is totally INACCURATE. Please read my own experience with DAHL/YODEL (cause DHL sold this UK service to YODEL, about whom all my comments,below, were made.That was my own experience with YODEL.

As I have waited for DHL till 9pm,and they failed to deliver my Parcel, I am now in a legal position to cancel this PURCHASE from the carphone warehouse.co.uk, so now they can take up this problem with DHL. The moral of this story is that as a consumer I abide by commercial laws that govern all of US consumers,SO WHY CAN’T THE SAME LAWS BE APPLIED TO thoughtless Retailers & Couriers ?

they say DHL are more efficient than the POST OFFICE ? rubbish, on 31’5/11 I waited all day long for a parcel delivery and they never turned up. sent Email after Email with my phone number and they never bothered to contact me to let me know what is going on ? furthermore, they give a 0844 number, where it would cost you the consumer a lot of money to TRACK YOUR PARCEL via their main County distribution depot. Their service is RUBBISH,and have no regards for their customers.
