DO NOT BUY this DVR. 90% of the time playback does not work even after hard drive replacements. Every time there is a new issue, the technician gave up, the customer support for these is somewhere in Thailand. Awful experience with this product.

I would suggest doing it via Network.. or the usb option onto a ext hdd or usb.

damn nothing complies with the tutorial you did everything but not 3g configuration u must be honest with what you write as a tutorial.

I have this dvr. I need to know where I can go to download upgrades to see if I can solve some problems that am having with and where I can find additionail information about it since the person I purchase it from doesnt know much about the system.

I’ve a new H 264 DVR that has been set up by seller and when I come to Menu , the DVR asking for password number . Unfortunately I don’t see anything talking about that in your H264 S DVR ! Can You tell me how to solve the problem ??

Please help me, how do i export saved video form the h.264 recorder to my pc using the software and hooking up the h.264 to my computer so i may back up the video because someone robbed us we got it on video but i dont know how to back it up, also if there is a way with usb can you please help
