I was scammed by Korean Seller who didn’t ship my game. eBay said it shipped but the Tracking # he gave me was blank for 6 days. He said I gave you the wrong the Tracking information and didn’t provide a new. I paid $15 to have item arrive in 2-5 days. He said he shipped standard airmail instead of Expiidited. Who forgets to ship Expidited when it clearly says it on my order. I ordered on April 4 and its still not here. The guy lied and I filed a claim with eBay to get a refund.
ebay never does a good job educating people on these things. Just never sell internationally.
If you choose to do so, then only send via Priority Intl or Global Express. Never send to Russia, Ukraine and some other countries under any circumstances. 90% of all the claims made are from international “buyers”. Or should i say… scammers?
Even though we don’t really sell on eBay, we do process all of our website transactions via PayPal from our website [for now]. We had to stop shipping internationally for this very reason; scams and fraud.
Also another scam is people will file the claim with PayPal if they don’t want to pay the import taxes and fees associated with certain items into their country and thus refuse the item when the delivery attempt is made.
i did this same shit i sent a ps3 and someone bought it for 200$ and he said he never got it and im 13 so i cant make money i was going to buy a xbox but now i cant /:
yeah sellers get fucked unfortunately. I use Amazon for this reason. Go with who has a crap load of good reviews. I almost never buy ANYTHING when they barely have any reviews. Unless the item is really cheap.
ebay sucks they are determined to rip off sellers any way possible, they closed down my account for three dsr’s i shipped slow even though i had hundreds of sells a month. Freaking idiots at ebay are ripping off seller at all cost to keep their revenue high to fight against amazon and hold your money for 21 days or more ebay is a mafia or organized criminal organization with no way to fight these theives.
so i dont feel bad at all about it. and best thing to do is get the money out of paypal as fast as you can and the only way to fight this is do the same shit that is done to u a eye for a eye bad thing is honest sellers like us will get screwed but if enough people do it then something will have to change! From now on im making a shit load of accounts and selling on them and i wont be paying the fees that away i wont take such a loss on shit buyers that egay deciceds to refund

I offerd to refund them in full if they sent it back or send a new power cord well this dick head opens a dispute then fucking ebay decieds to refund him in full and he keeps the item. So fuck ebay and im so glad back 4-5 years ago i fucked them out of so much fees its not even funny!
I quit eBay a couple of years ago. I tried eCrater for a while, fleamarkets and the local antique mall. Now I just sell a few crafts on Etsy and I make money as a You Tube partner. Sometimes if I come across a great find, I’ll auction on eBay or sell on Craigslist. The picking game is just not working for me anymore.

eBay doesnt care at all man. They turn a complete blind eye. I sent a certified customs number to eBay and the buyer and they still gave him his money when the package is clearly held up at the border. I let the guy know of this, ebay decided after their 2 day “investigation” that he’s entitled to a free game.
I noticed that the auction ended on June 9th and you left feedback for him on July 5th. When did he pay? How long after he paid did you ship? Did you keep the post office receipt? (You can submit a scan of the receipt to Ebay with other proof of shipping). If there was a delay in shipping did you let him know? I had an item that i shipped to Malaysia that took 70 days to get to the buyer. During that time we must have exchanged 20 emails. That saved me from getting neg fb claim against me
