While this video is for Moxier, the settings that are required and the instructions shown here, can be applied to the other email applications in the phone. -Josh

If you read those posts you may have noticed that they mentioned to do that you need to “root” the phone, meaning removing the “stock system” on the phone and install a custom one, if you read my post above i mentioned that “the stock system” doesn’t allow you to uninstall pre-install apps from the phone. Josh.

Is not the phone that doesn’t allow you to but the Android system, the stock system doesn’t allow pre-install apps to be removed. These Android applications are installed directly into the Android OS and not on your phones memory card like most Android applications. By default users do not have the proper permissions to make changes to the area of the Android OS where these applications are stored. -Josh.

for all those posting about hotmail and gmail, this app is for use with microsoft outlook accounts. The other “email” app that is already installed on the phone will set up your hotmail, and there is a separate gmail one on there already too

Is hotmail supported yet? There are lots of posts on the inet about this, and i have managed to get one email on the device and after that all i get are connection errors all of the time. Very frustrating!

Are hotmail accounts ever going to be supported?
Seems silly considering so many people use hotmail!

It does not. You could forward your Hotmail emails to a Gmail account which you can setup in Moxier Mail.
