can you make an video showing how to do, like. When someone is calling you but you are not there. its usually come: the number you are calling is not in use. or something like that. how do we customize that?

No. Your voicemail number is set by your network provider. You should speak to them and ask what it is.

Oh I have no idea, I just changed it to something I knew I could remember. There was a 10 digit number in there but I forget what it is and I have no idea how to find it.

Is the 4 digit number correct for your network operators mailbox? Often the have another longer numbers as an option as well. It might be worth checking that this mailbox number is correct.

I changed my voicemail number to a 4-digit number. When I hold down my “1″ button I get a message saying “this call is a local 10-digit number. Call can not be completed. Please hang up and try again” How do I fix this?
