Women in the Arts: Guerrilla Girls

Arts activists the Guerrilla Girls, a group of anonymous women or “feminist masked avengers” fighting for gender and racial equality, were honored at the fifth annual Women in the Arts luncheon held on Friday, November 9, 2007 at the Brooklyn Museum. Proceeds from the event, organized by the Museum’s Community Committee, a volunteer organization, benefit a wide range of Museum programs.

What’s so stupid about art, equality, creativeness, and pluralism?
