Hey, did you get my email reply several weeks ago? I did Insanity starting my 2nd month with P90X. I did it as a hybrid . they do have the hybrid sheets avail on the team beachbody site. Hope this helps. Good luck and let me know how your journey is going:)

    Great Video.
One question: What was your workout routine? I can see in your tv, the insanity and the p90x videos. Insanity program is 60 days while the p90x is 90 days, so if you did both it’s 60+90=150days and in your final pic says day 90. Or did you did the hybrid p90x/insanity that is showed on the worksheets on the beachbody site. So please clarify this to me. What was your workout routine/calendar? ‘Cause I’m really confused, and I’d really like to start myself. Thanks and Regards.

I had to move to my sister’s house during my 90 day transformation due to layoffs in my company. Took my kids and wife and downsized to live with my sister. Could have quit and said forget this it’s too hard. However, I decided to continue and do what most people wouldn’t. Glad I did. Unfortunately, that was not my own tv:)

Great to hear! My kids are the very reason I stayed with my journey even through the times it got tough. Your goal must be emotional, and more important than quitting or taking it easy when it gets hard. I wish you the best and if you need an accountability partner, please don’t hesitate to contact me:)

There have been fit people do P90X yes. Their results has been increased functionality, agility, and strength. Just because your already fit doesn’t mean one is complete. There are always holes in one’s health and fitness that they can improve.

Here is what bothers me. When i see “weak”
Begginners like him,(no offense man) and see them become strong body builders after wards, what happens if youre already fit before? Will insanity make me stronger?

How are you doing with Insanity? Did you get started?

  11. Tony Banawa says:

    Thanks! I appreciate it:)

@sashariena, they are both great workouts and they are both designed to give you different results. While P90X is includes both resistance training and cardio to give you a complete body transformation, Insanity is more designed for cardio purposes to lose weight fast with limited resistance training. Ultimately, it depends on your goals. Hope this helps:)

Watching your kids exercise with you is probably the best part of any Beachbody video that I’ve seen so far. Good job.
